John finishes 3 days of recording in NYC. Horn tracks are laid down by some of the hottest horn players in NY for a track called "Shock."!! John plays 3 days in the beautiful city of Boston, MA!

co-composed an opening intro for the new CD and a tail for a song called
"Broken Man" and the intro for the new CD. The Moscow Session
Orchestrea performed the works. |

John begins recording the vocal tracks for the brand new, yet-to-be-titled CD. John and Dave DeGraw Play live/Acoustic on WDST (www.wdst.com)..the phone lines lit up! John And Dave Played Live/Acoustic at Air Studio Gallery in Kingston, NY to a packed house. Air Studio rolled in equipment to record a live CD and video of the evening! Keep checking back for that! Sean Tarleton (www.seantarleton.com) arrives from Florida to lay the bass tracks down for the new CD. Two days of sweltering heat and Sean's amazing prowess produced some great stuff!!

John will begin sifting through new players for his band and getting ready for the BSP show on Sept. 17th!
John has been asked by The Childhope Foundation in New Zealand to donate autographed CD's for raffles/auctions to help raise money terminally ill children. John appears as the musical guest on Time Warner's tv show "The Bizz" talking about EVERYTHING and playing some tunes. It will air on Sept. 16th in areas of NY. |

John and the boys played a great
show at BSP in Kingston, NY. The crowd was full and very cool! The owner
said it was the best show they have had yet! BSP told John they want him
back and will be using him when the 3,000 seat venue opens! |

John, Leroy Seals, Dave DeGraw
and Phil Nestor play a benefit in Kerhonkson, NY sponsored by Leather
and Lace. Proceeds go to help stop domestic abuse. |

John begins recording
the last song for the new CD. The song "Better Than Me" has
been getting great responses when John plays it live. Also, John decides
not to title the new CD "Three In The Belt." John says, "The
reason for the title "Three In The Belt" does not DESERVE
that accolade ....I'll leave it at that. I am throwing around new titles
now." |

John finished writing one more song for the new CD. The tune is called "Spent." John says, "It really wraps up the whole course of the past 3 years." Also, John says the new CD title "Daylight Crashing" was a go after "Sweet Emily's" reaction! "This is the title that will now stay", says John. "The whole thing [the new CD] is a sort of 'fallout' that I had to wade through to get where I am right now." I think everyone is going to dig this new CD....I hope!" | |

John wishes to thank everyone who has recognized his HAT for being on TV recently! "For Christ sakes, the hat is more famous than I am!!....Ya know, there WAS a guy under the hat playing and signing his ass off!!", John says. lol... John will start rehearsals soon with Dave DeGraw (sax,vox, percussion) (others tba) to get back out live. He says, "I truly miss being out there in front of a live audience. With school, finishing the new CD and doing session work, something had to give. So I tailed off on the live thing. But we're dying to get back out there for everyone who keeps asking. And I am dying to play with these great players again!" |

has officially finished the recording of all instrument tracks for "Welcome
To The Fallout." Now on to vocals! IIt's
been a long stretch of studio work from Kingston to NYC! Vocals will all
be done at John's studio and Skytop Sound in New Paltz, NY. John will
also be performing w/ Dave DeGraw Thursday January 13th on Time Warner
Cable's show, "The Biz" w/ Mercedes Ross. |

John spent time in the studio
working on a J.S. Bach piece - "Prelude I" from The Well Tempered
Clavier. "Brings me back to my classical study days",
John says. "It's a beautiful piece." Originally written
for the harpsichord, John is doing it on Piano. Can you say "possible
hidden track??" ;-) |

John will be putting the final touches on the live CD recording from the August 2004 acoustic show at AIR Studio Gallery in Kingston, NY. "It was a great night! The music that night went down so effortlessly. Dave and I were totally in sync that night...it's a great recording!" Keep checking back!
John's CD's become available at CD BABY and Amazon.com John welcomes Guitarist Sean North to his musical family! "Sean has a great sense of rhythm and adds great harmony vocals!" , says John. John, Dave and Sean are rehearsing now to get out and DO IT LIVE! Other players are being sought also. |

It's been a while since an entry.
After the loss of John's dear mom on May 4th of 06, he has gotten back
on track and the new CD is almost done! He, Sean and Dave are in the midst
of auditioning new players for a new line-up! Right now though, you can
